Nicole obtained her Masters in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte after falling in love with the field of exercise science during her undergraduate studies. Recently married to her "partner-in-adventure", Nicole spent a month roadtripping with her husband, visiting the "Mighty 5" national parks in Utah. On the weekends, you can find her snuggling her dogs, Daffodil and Dexter, indoor rock-climbing, or cooking up a new recipe.
