I originally went to school on scholarship to the University of Arizona as a dance major and decided on a career change after a year of university. Though I do not have a degree, I have certifications in Thai Massage, Reiki, Yoga, therapeutic assisted stretching, and I am currently in school for medical billing and coding.
I love working for Carda Health because I have a strong passion for helping others and believe Carda is changing lives everyday through cardiac and pulmonary rehab. I grew up training as a professional ballet dancer and continued my passion for movement with yoga, stretching, Thai massage, and fitness. A fun fact about me is I used to live in Costa Rica for three years!
