I joined Carda Health to help bring accessible cardiac rehab to wherever the patient is! I love to help patients regain their strength and confidence through exercise. In my free time you can find me adventuring the world with my husband and our dog Delta, playing softball on the weekends, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or curled up with a good historical fiction novel.
