I am an Exercise Physiologist with 3+ years experience, with 2.5 years in Cardiac Rehab and 1 year in Cardiology Lab. I joined Carda health to continue helping others live their best lives doing what they love. I was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska where I grew up dancing for 22 years and study Karate for 16 year, earning my second degree black belt!
